By accessing this Site you explicitly agree that no part of the Site or its content may be:

• distributed, publicly displayed, published, or transmitted
• modified, altered, or used to create derivative works

• minted, tokenized, or converted into NFTs or other blockchain-based assets

No Transfer of Rights Upon Purchase

Purchase of a physical artwork transfers ownership of the tangible object only.
Copyright, reproduction rights, resale rights, commercial licensing rights, and all derivative rights remain exclusively with C.E.G. Studios LLC.
Public display, photography, scanning, printing, or digital reproduction of the purchased artwork requires a separate written license.

Digital Products, Downloads & NFTs

Digital files, NFTs, printable downloads, and licensing packages are licensed (not sold) for personal, non-commercial use only under the exact terms provided at purchase.
Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, commercial exploitation, or creation of new NFTs is strictly prohibited without express written authorization.

Copyright Registration & Remedies

The majority of works displayed are registered with the United States Copyright Office.
Willful infringement may result in statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work, plus recovery of attorney fees and court costs (17 U.S.C. § 504–505).
