2. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data only when we have a lawful basis to do so:

• To perform a contract including processing and delivering orders, responding to inquiries, and providing support

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, data shared with Meta for advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. California residents may opt out at any time via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or by enabling Global Privacy Control in their browser.

We disclose personal data only to trusted service providers under strict contracts and, when required, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs):

Retention periods vary by data type and context. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized according to our internal policies and applicable law.

5. Data Security

We work with reputable service providers that maintain commercially reasonable security measures including encryption and access controls.

Because no online system can be guaranteed fully secure, absolute security cannot be promised.
